ON WINE
Q: Are your wine certified?
A: Regardless of price points, all our wines are fully certified under the Australian Government's stringent wine quality and label integrity laws. Each is issued with a Wine Australia Certificate of Free Sale and Certificate of Origin.
Q: Do I get to taste the wine before an order
A: Most definitely. We insist you carefully evaluate our wine's quality and taste to gauge their value. Samples of wine are dispatched to customers via couriers at no charge.
Q: Can wine taste be adjusted to suit my market?
A: We know that wine lovers' taste buds in every country are different. As all our wines are cellared in bulk form, our winemakers can cater to taste adjustments, if required, within the Australian wine Laws. No charge for the adjustments and no restrictions on repeats.
Q: Are your wine protected against heat/cold in transit?
A: All our wines are heat and cold stabilised before bottling. And for added protection, all our shipping containers are lined internally with thermal seals to maintain a safe and stable temperature range for the wine during ocean transit.
Q: What about exotic wine varietals and older vintages?
A: We have most of the popular varietals in bulk and in multiple vintages covering 2021 down to 2004. What we do not have, our vast wineries network will almost certainly be able to track it down for you.
ON PACKAGING
Q: Can I specify my packaging?
A: You certainly can. Whilst we have a set of standard packaging in our price list, packaging such as labels, bottles, closures, and cartons can all be customised to suit your budget and needs..
Q: Are private brand label designs and printing provided?
A: Whether you pick a label design from our label library or brief us to design one, especially for you, they are complimentary. This includes complimentary printing of labels regardless of specifications. |

Q: Who owns the label rights?
A: On your first order, ownership of the IP Rights to the branding and label designs for the products in that order is permanently transferred to you in writing. No transfer fee required.
ON SHIPPING
Q: How about the shipping cost?
A: Since our prices are quoted as Freight On Board (FOB), all pre-shipping costs such as ground transport, container packing and control, port handling fees, and statutory and documentation fees are covered by the prices we quote.
Q: What about the shipping documents?
A: When your product is in production, we will arrange to get all the necessary approvals and shipping certificates. This will include:
1) Bill of Lading, (2) Commercial Invoice, (3) Packing List, (4) Certificate of Wine Analysis, (5) Certificate of Free Sales and (6) Certificate of Origin

Q: Do I need a deposit for my order?

Within seven days of shipment departure, we will send duplicate copies of the full set of shipping documents (including photos of container packaging) to you or your import agent for verification. A final 70% payment will be requested before we send the original shipping documents to you or your agent, via express courier, for your customs.
